User Agreement

General provisions

  • The subject of this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is the relationship between the administration of the site (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) AUTO-SALE.LT (hereinafter referred to as the Site), and you (hereinafter referred to as the User) regarding use of the Site.
  • The Administrator reserves the right, at its discretion, to change the Agreement at any time without special prior and/or subsequent notification to the User. The current version of the Agreement is available at AUTO-SALE.LT/agreement. The User is solely responsible for checking for changes to the Agreement. The User's continued use of the Site after any changes to the Agreement implies the User's consent to such changes.
  • The User understands and agrees that the Administrator may, at its discretion and without special notice to the User, change the set of materials and/or functionality Site.
  • The User understands and agrees that the Administrator is not responsible for the accuracy of the advertising information posted on the Site and for the quality of the advertised goods/services.
  • Copyright of the Site materials belong to the Administrator, unless otherwise indicated on the Site.
  • When using materials from the Site in full or in part, a link to the Site is required. Violation of this provision of the Agreement may entail liability for the User in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

User

  • User is any individual who accesses the Site via the Internet. This Agreement becomes available to the User and comes into force for the User when the latter enters the Site. Continued use of the Site confirms the User’s agreement with the terms of this Agreement. The User's use of the Site, any of its services, means the User's unconditional consent to all clauses of this Agreement and unconditional acceptance of its terms.
  • In order to take advantage of some individual functions of the Site, the User must go through the registration procedure, as a result in which a unique account will be created for the User.
  • The User’s personal information contained in the User’s account is stored and processed by the Administrator in accordance with the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement.
  • When registering, the User independently chooses a username and password to access your account. The administrator has the right to prohibit the use of certain logins, as well as set requirements for the login and password (length, allowed characters, etc.).
  • The user is responsible and independently takes measures to ensure the security of his account (including control for an email address). The User is fully responsible for all actions performed using the User's account. The User undertakes to immediately notify the Administrator of any cases of unauthorized use of the User’s account by third parties.
  • The User agrees with the Administrator’s use of the User’s personal data in order to ensure the operation of the Site, provide the User with access to Site materials, as well as information services to the User . By logging into the Site and/or registering on the Site, the User thereby authorizes the Administrator to collect, process, use and store the User’s personal data, and also confirms that he is familiar with the features of the use and protection of personal data established by the Law of the Republic of Lithuania “On personal data" and other current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • The User agrees to receive messages from the Administrator at the email address specified by the User during registration. The Administrator undertakes not to disclose information about the User to third parties without the consent of the User, with the exception of disclosure of information at the request of the court and/or law enforcement agencies and/or in other cases provided for by applicable law.
  • The User has the right:
    1. use the username and password chosen by him upon completion of the User registration process for authorization on the Site;
    2. make full use of all site services available to the User.
    3. create your own text messages, comments , reviews about products/services and exchange opinions on published information;
    4. contact the Administrator at any time using the support email address.

The User is prohibited from:

  • unauthorized (that is, without the consent of the copyright holder) use of the resources and materials of the Site;
  • Post materials and/or information of an advertising or commercial nature on the Site, except for sections of the Site specifically intended for this purpose;
  • Post illegal and/or dangerous materials and/or information on the Site;
  • Post on the Site materials and/or information containing obscene language;
  • Place on the Site materials and/or information, the content of which violates the current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the provisions of international law;
  • Use the Site materials in whole or in part without a link to the Site.
  • The User understands and agrees that he bears responsibility under the current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania for any information and/or materials that the User posts on the Site.
  • By posting information and/or materials on the Site, the User guarantees that he has all the necessary rights to post information and/or materials on the Site. If the User does not have the proper rights to post any information and/or materials on the Site, then the User undertakes not to post such information and/or materials and is responsible for the content, placement and use of such information and/or materials.

Administrator

  • The Administrator has the right to:
    1. block or delete the User’s account;
    2. deny the user’s access to the Site or part of the Site’s capabilities by IP address;
    3. delete any materials and/or information posted by the User without explanation;
    4. transfer messages to other sections if, in the opinion of the Administrator, they relate to a different topic;
    5. use email addresses left by the User on the Site to send messages.
  • The Administrator is not responsible for any consequences caused by the Visitor’s use of materials posted on other Internet sites, on which the Site refers to.
  • The Site Administration does not check and does not have the technical and actual ability to check all information and/or materials posted by the User on the Site for their compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the provisions of this Agreement, since such verification will make it impossible for the Site to function. However, the Site Administration may do this at any time at its own discretion in case of relevant doubts, in particular as a result of complaints from copyright holders of materials and/or information posted on the Site.
  • The Administrator does not guarantee error-free and uninterrupted operation of the Site and is not responsible for harm and any losses caused to the User or third parties by technical failures of hardware or software on any side.
  • By using the services of the Site, the User confirms his agreement that he uses the Site at his own peril and risk “as is”, evaluates and bears all risks associated with the use of information and/or materials posted on the Site, and the Site Administration, including its management, employees and agents, does not bear any responsibility for the content of information posted on the Site and/ or materials, for any damages and losses resulting from the use of information and/or materials posted on the Site.
  • The Site Administration, including its management, employees and agents, is not responsible for any unauthorized access or use servers of the Site and/or any information stored on them about Users of the Site, as well as for any errors, viruses, etc. that may be transmitted to the Site by Users or third parties.

Confidentiality provisions

  • The Administrator and the User agree that personal information (login, password, email address and other data necessary to create an account and identify the User) transferred by the User to the Administrator and stored in the User's account is confidential, except for information that is publicly available.
  • The Administrator may transfer the User's confidential information to third parties only with the consent of the User or on the basis of the current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • Any other information other than that specified in this Agreement is not confidential.
  • If the User independently discloses the information specified in this Agreement to third parties, such information ceases to be confidential and the Administrator is not responsible for it preservation from the moment of the above disclosure.

Final provisions

  • This Agreement is governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • By visiting any of the pages of the Site, The User automatically accepts the terms of this agreement.
  • The User understands and agrees that he is responsible for any violation of his obligations under this Agreement.
  • The headings for the sections of the Agreement are indicated for convenience and have no legal force.
  • The rules on the protection of consumer rights provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania cannot be applied to the relationship between the User and the Administrator, since all services are provided to the User free of charge.
  • All disputes and disagreements that arise between the Administrator and the User are, if possible, resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to resolve disputes and disagreements through negotiations, they are subject to consideration in the appropriate court at the location of the Site Administrator.
